Philly-Cheese steak....Yum!

I had not realized how simple it was to make a philly-cheesesteak sandwich. It is really just a good steak that is pounded thinly, then seasoned and seared. Cut up the cooked steak into small bits and place on a hoagie with grilled onions and cheese. Yum......I'm getting hungry just thinking about them!
