Fall is here

We are excited to welcome the cooler weather and change in season. Hopefully this means that all the pesky flies will no longer be around and that we can take a break from mowing the lawn!

Philly-Cheese steak....Yum!

I had not realized how simple it was to make a philly-cheesesteak sandwich. It is really just a good steak that is pounded thinly, then seasoned and seared. Cut up the cooked steak into small bits and place on a hoagie with grilled onions and cheese. Yum......I'm getting hungry just thinking about them!

Duchess is our almost 2-year old Great Dane (she'll be two in October).











Presley is our almost 5-year old Guinea Pig (he'll be five in October). (This is an old picture....we used to have Elvis (Presley's son), but he died 2 years ago.)
